Halloween Half Term Fun at The Shops at Dartington Prepare to be spooked at The Shops at Dartington between Monday 27th October and Saturday 1st November. To celebrate Halloween, The Shops at Dartington has a varied programme of themed events taking place throughout the week. Family favourite, Cosmo the Clown will be making an appearance and entertaining both young and old on the Tuesday and Friday. Whilst Dan the fire juggler will be wowing all with his unbelievable skills during his dramatic shows on the Saturday (12pm and 2pm). Children are also invited to visit The Shops at Dartington trick-or-treating, where a vast array of delicious treats will be waiting for them.

Bovey Castle OPERA EVENING AND DINNER
After the success and popularity of our inaugural opera evening in March, join us on Saturday November 8th for another evening of song as we host our second opera evening in conjunction with Devon Opera.
Arrive at Bovey Castle at 6.30pm for a champagne and canapés reception, from the drinks reception the evening will move into the Edwardian Restaurant for a three-course dinner, served at 7pm, including coffee and petit fours. Then between 9pm - 10pm the main event takes place, three exceptionally talented young musicians from the Royal College of Music, Natasha Day (Soprano), Gyula Rab (Tenor), and Luke D Williams (Baritone), plus Musical Director Jonathan Watts will perform ‘A Typical Opera Romance’, described as "Operatic gems entwined in a story of love, passion and jealousy."
Tickets are priced at £100 per person, including a welcome glass of champagne and canapés, a three-course dinner and opera.
