We use Shipton Mill organic flours for all our bread and bakery products. Although we use a dough mixer, every loaf is weighed out and shaped by hand, a time consuming but rewarding process. We do not add improvers, emulsifiers or any other unnecessary ingredients taking pride in a time-honoured creative process and our hard learnt skills to produce a loaf with 'character'.
Delicious wholesome cakes also freshly baked using butter, local eggs and organic vegetables like carrot and beetroot plus Emma's hugely popular gluten-free lemon almond and polenta cake.
